Crookall admits route still has issues as work nears completion
TT will be a 'telling time' for the new layout of Douglas promenade.
That's the belief of the infrastructure minister as the scheme nears completion.
It's the first time visiting road race fans will have used the route since the installation of two roundels and addition of new pedestrian crossings.
