'Costa del Ballaugh' one week, mud the next
TT campers are said to be in 'high spirits' despite a rain-affected race week.
Many of the Island's visitors have been staying in the various campsites, which have been wetter than hoped in the first days of June.
However, after days of waiting, racing is expected to go ahead today (5 June).
Cheryl Curphey is from Ballaugh Campsite, she says some visitors haven't stuck around:
The accommodation site in the northwest is 'well equipped' for campers waiting in the rain, with TVs, a lounge area and the Raven pub close by.
Other campsites also say they are able to deal with the adverse weather, such as Glen Wyllin.
James Hooper is a co-owner, he explains how the business prepares for all eventualities:
