Public don't need to take any action during exercise
Motorists on Island are being advised that a test will be carried out on the Isle of Man TT's electronic flag system tomorrow morning (22 May).
Between 6.30am and 7.30am on Friday, the electronic signs - which are based at points around roads on the Snaefell Mountain Course - will illuminate simultaneously.
There will be no impact on public road access and road users do not have to take any action.
Clerk of the TT Course, Gary Thompson, says the one-hour period in which the test will take place has been chosen to 'minimise any disruption' and is thanking residents and motorists in advance for their patience.
