Manx ambulance crews are again taking part in a scheme to try and ensure injured bikers get the best possible treatment during TT fortnight.
Motorcyclists are being asked to fill in special cards with vital medical information, and put them inside their helmets.
If a casualty is unconscious or unable to talk, the cards give paramedics details of any existing conditions or medication they are taking.
The CRASH scheme was pioneered by the East of England Ambulance Service two years ago and has since spread as far as the United States.
Communication manager for Isle of Man Ambulance Service Joy Hale says the TT festival is an ideal platform to promote the initiative (listen to audio file below):
