Racing Lines features icons artefacts
The history of one of the world's most iconic motorsport events is being showcased at a new exhibition at the Manx Museum.
Racing Lines has items from the TT spanning the decades, including a BMW sidecar from the 1970s, leathers worn by David Jefferies, and a memorial urn for a German rider killed during the so-called Nazi TT in 1939.
It's essentially a preview of a new permanent TT exhibition scheduled to open in 2020.
Curator Matthew Richardson says it covers more than just machinery:
The exhibition is on display at the Manx Museum daily until early September.
