Volunteers for the Isle of Man's St John Ambulance are getting ready for their busiest fortnight of the year.
First aiders who have travelled from the United Kingdom will be among the 60 frontline staff who will be stationed around the mountain course for the racing.
It's all hands on deck for the TT festival, with the charity's volunteers devoting more than 2,500 hours of their own time.
Public duty officer Gary Christian says they are well trained to deal with all kinds of injuries:
