DED minister and interim chief executive among those giving evidence
An investigation into the failed TT Vision Nine deal will continue this afternoon (Wednesday).
Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly, interim chief executive Mark Lewin, his predecessor Chris Corlett and TT and motorsport development manager Paul Phillips are among those due to give evidence to the Tynwald committee assessing the breakdown of the agreement.
An outline deal between the chosen promoter and the DED was scrapped in November – six months after it had been approved by Tynwald.
No contract was ever signed.
The sitting, some of which will be heard in public, will be held in the Legislative Council Chamber in Bucks Road in Douglas from two thirty (2.30pm).
