Is IoM 'missing a trick'?
The Island could be missing a trick by not producing more turkeys.
That's the belief of DEFA's director of agriculture and lands, Andrew Lees.
He says it's something the department would like to see, and would be happy to help with, under the right circumstances:
Steven Chadwick of Cronk Breck Farm in Greeba is one of the few people who does breed turkeys in the Isle of Man.
He says he's always preferred locally-reared birds, over something bought in a supermarket:
