Engineers work through the night
TV transmitter problems in the south of Island have now been resolved, according to the Communications Commission.
A fault had meant there was poor reception on non-BBC channels on the Freeview service.
Strong gusts and boat cancellations meant there was a delay in fixing the issue.
However, it's now been confirmed engineers worked through the night and normal service was restored in the early hours of the morning.
