A man and a woman, who can’t be named for legal reasons, are facing child neglect charges.
The duo have been committed to a Court of General Gaol by Deputy High Bailiff Alastair Montgomery.
They are charged with the wilful neglect of a child and inflicting malicious grievous bodily harm.
Both were bailed.
