DEFA accepts plans from catering outlets
Two businesses have been selected to run their catering outlets at some of the Island’s plantations.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture has accepted two of the three applications it received.
Earlier this year it had invited people to submit their proposals to operate food trucks within Chibbanagh, Archallagan or Conrhenny.
The contracts are for a one-year period but no date has been identified for trading to start.
DEFA has also confirmed it has no plans to install public toilets in any of the Island's plantations.
