Vessel to depart earlier due to adverse weather forecast
Four of tomorrow's sailings have been brought forward due to the weather forecast.
The Steam Packet Company says the 8am departure to Heysham will now go at 7.30am instead, with the 1.45pm return crossing leaving at 1.15pm.
Manannan's 3pm departure to Liverpool will now leave at 8.15am, while the 7.15pm journey from Merseyside is departing at 12.30pm.
The ferry operator is also advising passengers due to travel on Friday and Saturday to keep an eye out for updates with Storm Amy due to hit the Island.
Winds reaching up to gale force eight with gusts of 40 to 50 miles per hour are forecast for tomorrow afternoon.
Severe gale nine or storm 10 winds are expected during Storm Amy, with Ronaldsway Met Office forecasting gusts of 65 to 70 miles per hour on Friday.
