DHSC to switch focus to second doses next month
Anyone who doesn't register for a coronavirus vaccine before 10 May could face a wait of up to two months for a jab.
The Department of Health and Social Care says its focus will switch from first doses to administering follow-up vaccinations from the second week of next month.
More than 68,000 doses have been given since the start of the rollout in January, including almost 53,000 first doses.
Those who wish to sign up for a vaccine can register through 111, or through the government's website.
