Voters pick Perkins and Caine
Garff will have two fresh faces representing voters in the Keys.
Martyn Perkins got 36.4% backing in the region as Daphne Caine added to a growing female contingent in the chamber.
She received 1,270 votes - narrowly edging out Andrew Smith who came third.
Andrew Barton and Nigel Dobson were the other candidates in the constituency.
