Police are investigating a fight involving around six people on Douglas promenade, which left three needing hospital treatment.
The trouble happened outside Moby Dick's at 2.20am on New Year's Day.
Two men and a woman were taken to accident and emergnecy at Noble's with face and limb injuries, but were later discharged.
A man was arrested at the scene and has been helping police with their enquiries.
A second was arrested several hours later.
