Police have confirmed a man from the United Kingdom who was involved in a collision at Graham's Memorial at around 1.40pm yesterday (Friday) has died in Noble's Hospital.
Meanwhile, there was another fatal accident at Brandywell just after 8am today, involving one motorcycle.
That death was announced at around 10.30am, and police kept the Mountain Road closed right up to the start of today's racing while they carried out investigations.
In the wake of those two fatal incidents, Inspector Mark Britton from the Roads Policing Unit issued a stark warning.
He said unless riders slowed down and took more care, they wouldn't be the last deaths on the Island's roads during TT 2011.
The coroner of inquests has been informed of the deaths.
