Some MHKs angry with protracted project
Tynwald has agreed to a further £227,000 for repairs to the NSC flumes.
Its takes the total cost for the whole project to over £4 million.
The additional funding was approved as part of a package of expenditure put forward by Treasury Minister Alf Cannan.
This included £642,000 to support the Heritage Rail operation.
Members expressed their anger at the protracted flume works.
