Item passes with no hurdles in virtual sitting
Tynwald has unanimously approved a licensing system for growing cannabis on the Isle of Man.
MHK Ralph Peake brought the item to a virtual sitting this evening.
It means government can now develop an export market, though it won't be made available for medicinal use here.
Licences are to be granted by Gambling Supervision Commission, which will ensure those in the market follow rules around quality and security.
