Plans to redevelop the former bus station site in Douglas town centre were given the green light by Tynwald last night.
The court debated the multi-million pound scheme, which would see 71 houses, a four-star hotel and shopping units built on the land, which is currently a car park.
Developers will be given a 999-year lease and the Radisson-SAS Hotel could be built within the next four years.
