Ineffective leadership highlighted in scrutiny report
The education department has received some criticism for its performance during the Covid-19 pandemic.
It comes in a report from the Public Accounts Committee.
Among the issues raised are a lack of communication, not being able to centralise or reconfigure services and ineffective leadership.
