Tynwald is sitting for a second day.
The court has picked up on item 11 on the order paper.
Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer moved that Tynwald instructs the DOI to finalist the legally binding Sea Services Agreement with the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company Ltd by 31st May for commencement on 1st January next year.
