Sir Richard Gozney to leave role after five years
The Island's Lieutenant Governor has been gifted a painting of a Peregrine Falcon by Tynwald ahead of his upcoming retirement.
Sir Richard Gozney has served in the role since May 2016, and is said to have admired the Peregrines perched at St Mary's Church, Douglas - across the road from the House of Keys.
A selection process to appoint his successor in currently underway.
Following a tribute by Tynwald President Steve Rodan OBE, Sir Richard gave his thanks:
