Code of Conduct sets new chamber regime
New rules governing how journalists operate in Tynwald have been given the court's unanimous support.
A formal Code of Conduct, put forward by Speaker of the Keys Juan Watterson, sets out a range of measures on parliamentary etiquette, non-partisanship, and accredited sources.
Crucially, it will also allow approved media providers to film and broadcast Tynwald proceedings on the proviso that any footage remains the intellectual property of the court.
