
The Island's Acting Director of Public Health says as yet there's no clear evidence to suggest mobile phone transmitters are a danger to the public.
Dr Parameshwaran Kishore is currently chairing a Tynwald committee charged with finding out if there are health risks which can be directly attributed to the masts.
They're looking at reports from all over the world and consulting experts, including Professor Stewart, who was chairman of the UK's own investigation into the issue in 2002.
Dr Kishore says there's a lot of research to get through, but it's absolutely necessary to look at as much as possible:
