Chief Minister says members should, and will, pay for parking
Of course we should pay for parking!
That's the message from Chief Minister Allan Bell ahead of a motion due to be put before Tynwald on Tuesday (July 21).
LibVan leader Kate Beecroft is raising the issue, but Mr Bell says it's already being dealt with:
