Tynwald has approved the treasury minister's budget for 2014/15.
Members voted just after 6pm - 19-5 in the House of Keys and 9-0 in the Legislative Council.
The five members to vote against it were MHKs Kate Beecroft, Brenda Cannell, Zac Hall, Peter Karran and Chris Thomas.
Just prior to the vote Treasury Minister Eddie Teare spent around 20 minutes responding to the comments made by members in their speeches.
