Proceedings halted during October sitting
The October sitting of Tynwald has been suspended due to a power issue.
The fault developed shortly after midday, preventing Hansard being recorded.
As a result, proceedings have been halted until power is fully restored to the chamber.
Members had been debating an item on accommodation provision for vulnerable young people.
