'It's becoming more viable'
University College Isle of Man is becoming an increasingly viable option for Manx people, including young adults, instead of moving abroad for further education.
That's the view of Dr Catriona Mackie, who is the Programme Leader of the BA course in History and Heritage at UCM, credited by the University of Chester.
As someone who lived at home whilst she studied, before moving from home later on, Dr Mackie thinks there are lots of advantages in doing so:

Government engaging with UK over international ferry levy plans
Bottleneck car park shut over safety concerns
Dementia demand assessment underway as Public Health forecasting future need
