Oastan set to open 4 October
A new venue on the Island's culinary circuit is set to open its doors for the new season.
Oastan - which means restaurant in Manx - is the training facility within University College Isle of Man, and is under the management of Head Chef Lecturer, Robert Hunter.
Students will welcome the first diners to a lunch service on Wednesday.
Robert, who has worked in top restaurants around the world says providing hands-on real life training is invaluable to the students:
