Training accepted by IOM CAA
University College Isle of Man is now offering a “Drone Flying for Beginners” course, part of its ‘Upskilling’ programme for those ready to take learning to new heights.
Led by UCM Computing Lecturer Kieran Watts, this three-hour course covers everything from safety rules to basic flying skills.
The course has been reviewed and accepted by the Isle of Man Civil Aviation Administration and is being hailed as a chance to learn, have fun, and meet fellow drone enthusiasts.
Those who complete the training will receive a certificate, verifying their competence in both theoretical and practical aspects of drone operation.
