Passengers asked to check with airline before travelling
People flying to and from the Island today (8 September) could be delayed by temporary restrictions across the UK airspace network.
Isle of Man Airport says it's aware of a ‘technical issue’ affecting the NATS’ London Area Control Centre.
It’s not related to air traffic control operations at Ronaldsway.
Passengers are being warned to expect delays, particularly on services to and from London, and asked to check the status of their flight before travelling to the airport.
The incoming London Heathrow flight due in at 3.25pm has been delayed by an hour.
