Barroness Delyth Morgan visited the Island today for the Manx launch of a new charity, Breast Cancer Now.
The organisation is the merger of Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Breast Cancer Campaign.
Barroness Morgan says the UK could learn a lot from the Manx example:
