A prominent member of the Tory party admits UK politics has become "stuck" while tackling Brexit.
Treasury select committee chair Nicky Morgan MP was speaking during a visit to the Isle of Man.
The UK's withdrawal from the European Union was delayed until 31 October after Theresa May failed to get her deal passed, but talks have since halted while the Conservative leadership contest takes place.
