Salary up to £175,000 offered to successful candidate
A job advert for the Chief Executive of the Isle of Man Government has been placed with a UK recruitment firm, offering a salary of up to £175,000.
The position, which replaces the Chief Secretary, is being advertised through Berwick Partners, as well as being promoted with UK newspapers including the Guardian and the Times.
The listing says the successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader, and describes the Island as offering 'an unbeatable quality of life and great lifestyle opportunities'.
The vacancy, which is open for applications until 24 April, has since been posted on the Isle of Man Government's website.
Manx Radio has contacted the government for comment.
