29-year-old appears at Douglas Courthouse
A Ukrainian man has appeared in court accused of assault.
Bodgan Ryzhuk, of South Quay in Douglas, has been charged with headbutting another man and assaulting a woman.
The 29-year-old, who was assisted during his court appearance by a Ukrainian translator, is also facing a public order offence.
All offences were allegedly committed on 8 July.
The case was adjourned so that CCTV footage can be obtained; he’s been bailed until his next appearance on 29 August.
