Almost 100 young adults contacted Housing Matters in 2020
It's harder to help those aged under 21 find suitable homes on the Island.
That's from Housing Matters Isle of Man, which was contacted by 98 people under 21 in 2020.
The charity works with schools to teach youngsters about the risks associated with leases and other housing issues.
Manager Julie Marshall says it can be particularly difficult to help younger people:
