The number of unemployed people on the Isle of Man has fallen below 800 and is at its lowest level since the end of 2008.
The figure now stands at 792, which is 1.9% of the economically-active population.
It's gone down by 237 since the end of January, the sharpest drop seen over these months since 1997.
Economic development minister Allan Bell says there are two factors which usually lead to a drop around this time of year:

Isle of Man inflation eases slightly to 2.8% in October
Progress on autism strategy welcomed
Paper car tax discs cost DOI £7,500 each month
Just over half the vehicles examined were defective
