Unemployment on Island decreased during the last month.
495 people were registered as unemployed in June, a drop of 112 compared to May this year.
The unemployment rate for last month stood at 1.2 per cent - a drop of 0.2 per cent on the previous month.
According to the latest labour market report, retail distribution and other business services had the highest amount of unemployed individuals.
The sectors with highest amount of vacancies remaining were medical and health services as well as catering and entertainment.
Of those registered as out of work during June, 64 per cent were men and 36 per cent were women.
