Report offers no recommendations over salaries and structure
Tynwald members have been accused of 'grandstanding' by a union head, after commissioning a structural review of the Isle of Man civil service.
The report, which was carried out by firm '2000 Weeks Ltd', investigated the structure and salaries of civil servants at executive officer level and above.
Politicians earmarked £20,000 for the review, which has concluded salaries and grades are fair, and organisational structures are logical.
It makes no recommendations.
