Trade union Prospect believes a revised pay offer to government workers will still be rejected with an 'overwhelming' majority.
The Public Services Commission proposed a new deal following negotiations held earlier this week (10 July).
Public sector employees would see a 3.25 percent uplift to their salaries for the current financial year, up from two percent.
The following two years would see incremental decreases to the pay rises.
