30-year-old committed to higher court
A Union Mills man accused of indecently assaulting a child has been committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Thirty-year-old Adrian Solway, of Close Y Locker, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
At an earlier hearing he'd pleaded not guilty to the offence and to two counts of possessing indecent images of children last October.
Magistrates bailed him and he'll appear at the higher court for trial on a date to be fixed.
