President of the Isle of Man Trades Council Angela Moffatt is urging the Post Office to agree to arbitration, in the dispute over pay.
Talks between Post Office management and the Communication Workers Union are continuing today (Wednesday) in a bid to find common ground.
But if significant progress isn't made, around 200 workers will stage a 24-hour walkout next Tuesday (April 12).
Ms Moffatt told John Moss arbitration could be the answer:
