Union leaders addressing delegates at their national conference in the Isle of Man, have been debating today's top news story in the United Kingdom.
National Express, which runs the UK's east coast rail service, is being taken into state ownership after the company failed to honour the terms of its franchise.
The nationalisation has been well received by the Rail, Maritime and Transport union, which has chosen Douglas as the venue for its annual conference.
