Third offer that's been rejected by the union
Members of the Unite union have rejected a three year pay deal from the Public Services Commission (PSC).
It's the third offer that's been rejected, and would have seen salaries increase by four percent this financial year, 2.5 percent next year and then two the following year.
The deal's also being considered by members of Prospect union, which also represents public service workers.
Unite says it's now waiting for a meeting with the PSC to move the pay talks forward.
