Members now able to absent themselves at start of sessions
Members of the House of Keys will now be able to absent themselves from the Chamber during the prayers that open the session.
The House has voted to accept five recommendations from a House committee, including that provision.
But Committee chair, Speaker Juan Watterson, says it will be a while before alternatives to Church of England prayers are used to open a meeting:
