No by-election as Andrew John Gibson stood uncontested
Andrew John Gibson has filled the vacant seat at Onchan Commissioners.
He was the only candidate to come forward before nominations closed at lunchtime.
It's after the resignation of John Hamilton last month, who'd been elected in April.
Mr Gibson will now join the board with immediate effect.
