Also had almost three times allowed cannabis amount in system
A Kirk Michael man who was caught driving whilst more than nine times over the legal limit for cocaine will be sentenced next month.
Joshua Scott Quirk, of Slieau Curn Park, also had a by-product of the Class A drug in his system, as well as cannabis, when he was stopped by police on 20 November.
The 25-year-old’s Ford Transit was pulled over on the Cronk-y-Voddy at 5.30pm; officers noticed his pupils were dilated and he was nervous and physically shaking.
At Douglas Courthouse Quirk admitted three offences of breaking the drug drive limit.
A social enquiry report will be carried out before he’s sentenced on 14 March – he’s been bailed until that date.
