A man has spoken of his disappointment after the motorist responsible for his brother's death walked free from court today (Thursday).
Motorcyclist Mark Penketh died in an incident in Ballaquayle Road, Douglas in September 2009, and this morning 42-year-old Stephen Callow was sentenced for causing his death by dangerous driving.
Philip Penketh has spoken out after Callow was given twelve months in prison, suspended for two years, and disqualified from driving for three years.
