Police show aftermath of Sloc crashes
Police are renewing warnings about road safety after two bikers came to grief within minutes of each other in the south of the Island yesterday.
Both incidents happened on the Sloc Road, but officers say the two were not connected.
A man involved in the first accident was taken by helicopter to Noble’s Hospital, but is not thought to be seriously injured.
The other biker was none the worse for his crash.
Officers are urging locals and visitors to take care on the roads and ride and drive with care.
