Consultation until end of September
There are calls for public opinion on library services after an MHK asked for a wider review.
The move follows a Tynwald debate on the future of the Family and Mobile Libraries - when Treasury pledged £100,000 of funding to keep the service running for the next 12 months.
Member for East Douglas, Clare Bettison, was granted leave to chair a Select Committee to investigate adequacy, structure and funding of all Manx libraries.
The survey can be found on the Tynwald website - it'll be available until September 30.
